Service and delivery were great. My size was sold out online but I called customer service and they were able to find me a pair in a store in Toronto (I live in Ottawa). They shipped for free to my house the next day. Slippers are super soft and comfortable. I suggest trying them on in a store for size as I had to go up a size even though they say they will stretch a bit...or just go a head and order a size bigger. I've just been wearing them around the house but they have a decent sole that looks like they would hold up to wearing them out and about as well. All in all very happy...will wait a few months and see how they wear and if I'm still in love, I may try for another colour:)

I wear my Uggs to work and to go out in when I need to run some errands or going to a friend's place. They are perfect when you just want to feel comfortable and need something to just slip on and go. They aren't heavy or bulky either.

I received these slippers as a birthday gift and I could not be more satisfied. I have been wearing them constantly since I got them and they are of superb quality! The insides are so soft and fluffy that I never want to take them off my feet. My mom and dad have both confessed to being a little jealous and they wish that they had ordered a pair for themselves!
